"I have been CEO of the Consumer Roadside Division at the RAC since 2021. I have 30 years of experience in consumer marketing and have held CEO and senior leadership roles at several organisations. This includes Plusnet and the BT Group.
A recent highlight at RAC Bristol was winning ‘South West Contact Centre of the Year’ in the medium-sized category for the second year. This award reflects the team’s hard work and commitment to excellent customer service."
Outside of work, Andy enjoys walking his dogs in the Peak District. He also enjoys watching rugby and football, and spending time with his wife and children.

Andy leads the RAC Consumer Roadside team. He sets the strategy and drives results. Andy focuses on customer service and works to give every member a great experience.
CEO, Plusnet
Andy spent six years as CEO of Plusnet. He managed strategy and daily operations. Andy helped the company grow and improve broadband and telecom services. He kept customers at the heart of every decision. Andy also made sure Plusnet’s plans matched its parent company’s goals.
Commercial Director, BT Wi-Fi
As Commercial Director, Andy grew BT Wi-Fi’s revenue. He used smart pricing and built strong partnerships. Andy worked to create value for customers and keep BT Wi-Fi ahead of the competition.
Non-Executive Director, NHS Children’s Hospital Board, Sheffield
Andy served as a Non-Executive Director on the NHS Children’s Hospital Board in Sheffield. He helped shape the hospital’s strategy and supported safe, high-quality care. Andy worked with senior leaders to make decisions that put patients and families first.
