The quickest and easiest way is to get help online or by using the myRAC app.

But, if you’re stuck in the live lane of a motorway or dual carriageway and/or feel you’re in immediate danger, call 999 first, and then call us on 0333 2000 999. Lines open 24/7.

Updating your membership

Register or log into myRAC to:

  • view your policy documents
  • check your renewal dates
  • manage your breakdown cover details
  • set up reminders for your MOT, tax, service & insurance
  • change or upgrade your cover
