"I've worked in insurance for nearly 25 years. Over that time I’ve held roles in operational leadership, customer experience, trading, and partnerships. As Head of Trading at the RAC I focus on keeping our pricing competitive and making each of our customer journeys seamless.

Some recent highlights include launching our black box product for new and older drivers, and RAC Online Premier. It’s top-tier, Defaqto 5 Star rated cover with discounts on breakdown and legal products. I'm proud to have championed these projects, which give our customers more choice, better value, and greater confidence on the road.”
