All wheels up towing
Our patrols fix 4/5 cars at the roadside. But if yours needs a tow, there's no need to wait for a recovery truck. Our patrol vans can fully lift all four wheels of a vehicle so we can recover SUVs, 4x4s, pick-ups, vans, and even electric vehicles. As well as vehicles with faults that make normal towing impossible, like multiple punctured tyres, handbrake or transmission failures.
Pioneering electric vehicles
The RAC were the first breakdown provider to launch an all electric rescue vehicle in 2022, and we're continuing to increase the number of electric vehicles across our fleet.
