Rapid fault finding
Equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, our mobile mechanics can plug directly into your vehicle to diagnose the problem on your driveway, as well as programme new parts, saving more members a trip to the garage. If you break down, our patrols will also use this technology to help fix you at the roadside – in fact our patrols fix 4/5 breakdowns.
State of the art battery testing
Breakdowns involving batteries are the number-one cause of breakdowns. So we’ve developed our most advanced roadside battery tester, which allows our patrols to measure the true health of a battery and its ability to start the vehicle over the coming days and weeks. This kit has helped more drivers avoid repeat breakdowns and, as it also checks the starting and charging system, our patrols are able to identify more faults which impact battery performance.
If you need a new battery, our expert mobile mechanics can fit a high-quality replacement at home or work for you. The service includes programming it to your car’s computer using our specialist scanner.
Universal spare wheel
With modern cars increasingly not carrying spare tyres, our universal spare wheel allows you to get on with your day, whatever you're driving. You can then get a permanent fix at a time to suit you.
Remote fix
For some problems, we can help you fix it over the phone! Using your smartphone, you can show our team the problem – for example a jamming door, or a warning light you can't identify – and we can help you fix it there and then. Getting you back on your way in no time.
