RAC Motoring Services (‘RAC’) controls your personal data when you use the RAC Community Forum. The RAC Community Forum is operated by Standing on Giants Ltd (‘SoG’), who act as a data processor on RAC’s behalf.

SoG is a UK-based business providing services across Europe. Your personal information is managed on their administration systems and databases.
Where your data is transferred outside of Europe, SoG will ensure that suitable safeguards are in place to make sure that your data is protected. The safeguard will usually be reliance on standard contractual clauses.
