Prize draw terms and conditions:
1. These terms and conditions apply to the moment of truth survey ("the Promotion") and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is only open to RAC members over the age of 18.
4. The promoter is RAC Motoring Services ("the Promoter") RAC House, Brockhurst Crescent, Walsall, WS5 4AW.
5. The Promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter, its agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Promotion.
6. Only one entry per policyholder will be accepted.
7. You must complete all required questions in the survey to be eligible for the Promotion.
8. The Promoter will hold four separate prize draws per year. The valid dates for each draw are: January 1st until March 31st, April 1st to June 30th, July 1st until September 30th, 1st October until 31st December. Entries received after the closing date for each draw will be entered into the next prize draw.
9. The Winner will be the first entrant drawn at random from the prize draw they have been entered into within 21 days of the prize draw closing date.
10. There shall be only one Winner per prize draw.
11. The Winner will receive £100 M&S vouchers ("the Prize").
12. The Winner will be notified by email by the Promoter after the closing date of the prize draw they have been entered into. If the Winner does not respond to such email from the Promoter within 21 days of the time of notification, then the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner. That winner will have the same conditions as stated here. The prize will be delivered to the Winner once the Winner has been determined.
13. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
18. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
21. The name of the Winner for the Promotion will be available upon request for 21 days after the Winner has been notified by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Moment of truth survey, RAC Marketing Communications, RAC House, Great Park Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 4QN. The Winner agrees to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
