Self-service centre

For policies purchased after the 25th Feb 2016, you can register for our online self service centre and you’ll be able to access your policy, view your policy documents and change payment details. If you want to make other changes or have a query you can call us on 0330 159 0985.

Home Assistance Cover

If you have taken out our Home Assistance Cover and need to request a tradesman’s assistance, please call 0330 159 1203. Lines are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Family Legal Protection

If you have taken out our Family Legal Protection with your policy, please call the helpline on 0330 159 1202 quoting your policy number. Lines are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Keycare Cover

To make a claim call on your Keycare policy please call 0330 303 4016 quoting your fob number. You must report any claim to Keycare as soon as possible and within 30 days of the loss or theft of keys.
