Horse Trailer Assist is available for only £45* per year and can be taken out at any time during your RAC membership year.

If you or your family are among the growing number of people using a trailer to transport horses, ponies, donkeys or other farmyard livestock then Horse Trailer Assist is for you. **

PRP Rescue Services

RAC has teamed up with PRP Rescue Services (PRP), one of the UK's leading horse emergency services, to bring RAC Members an exclusive offer.

RAC will take care of the mechanical side of any breakdown incident, while PRP will look after the well-being of your animal.

Each reported incident is assessed according to the needs of the Member, animal and vehicle with PRP called in immediately if there is any question of stress or injury to the horse.

Horse Trailer Assist gives you

In addition to the normal RAC membership entitlements, Horse Trailer Assist gives you:

• Onward travel to any UK destination for the horses and accompanying RAC Member or groom, or recovery of horses to a local stable if preferred (includes cost of one night's livery)
• Veterinary assistance arranged if required
