Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over who are Tesco Clubcard members and exchange Clubcard vouchers for RAC Reward Partner Voucher codes during the Promotion Period, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize promotion (including employees of Tesco, RAC, Prizeology and their immediate families). Residents of the Isle of Man are excluded. 
  2. The prize draw opens at 00:00 on 3 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026. Eligible customers who exchange Clubcard vouchers for a RAC Reward Partner Voucher code during this period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. 
  3. Following their exchange, eligible customers will receive a trigger email containing details of how they may opt out of the prize draw if they do not wish to participate. 
  4. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason will not be accepted.
  5. One entry per person. If you enter more than once, we’ll accept your first entry only and disqualify all other entries.
  6. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. 
  7. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
  8. Following the closing date, a 14-day validation period will apply to account for any cancellations or refunds and to finalise the list of eligible entrants. Only valid qualifying transactions remain after this validation process will be included in the draw. 
  9. The winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected by Prizeology Limited from all valid entries that meet the criteria using an independently verified computer-generated random selection process. Tesco will provide Prizeology with anonymised customer identifiers solely for the purpose of administering the draw. 
  10. There will be ten (10) winners. Each winner will receive 100,000 Clubcard points, giving a total prize pool of 1,000,000 Clubcard points. Clubcard points will be credited following winner verification and before the November statement period cut-off date (25 October 2026). 
  11. There is no alternative to the prize stated and the prize is non-transferable. The prize may only be awarded to the verified winner. 
  12. Winners will be contacted and managed by Prizeology on behalf of Tesco within 28 days of completion of the validation and draw process. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide the information required to verify their eligibility within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original draw. 
  13. Where we suspect that an individual has breached these T&Cs, we reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of identity, age, address and Clubcard membership, and confirm that they are the individual associated with the winning entry. 
  14. As part of the prize administration process, Tesco and Prizeology may collect and process personal data required to contact, verify and fulfil prizes for winners. Personal data will be used solely for administering this promotion and will not be used for any other purpose. Tesco will only share information with Prizeology where it is necessary for winner verification, notification and prize administration. 
  15. We will not tolerate anyone who posts comments via any social media channel or anywhere else during this prize promotion that we consider to be bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of Tesco or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way may be disqualified from the prize promotion. 
  16. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. 
  17. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by emailing [Prizeology winner email address] within one month of the closing date. Participants may object to some, or all of their information being published or request a reduced level of information by contacting the Promoter. 
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them. 
  19. The Promoter is Tesco Stores Ltd., Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1GA. Any personal data submitted in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with Tesco Privacy Policy. Prizeology Limited may act as an independent prize promotion administrator on behalf of the Promoter.
