1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the RAC Members’ Free Prize Draw (‘The Promotion’) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore, please read these carefully.
1.2 The promoter of this Promotion is RAC Motoring Services, RAC House, Brockhurst Crescent, Walsall WS5 4AW (‘The Promoter’).
1.3 The competition closes on 31/03/2026 at 11:59am. Entries received after the closing date will not be processed.
1.4 Only one entry per person is permitted.
1.5 The lead member and anyone named on the membership are permitted to enter the prize draw.
1.6 To be eligible for the prize, you must be an RAC member when you enter the draw.
1.7 The winner will be selected via a random computer selection and will be contacted by the 14/04/2026.
1.8 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
1.9 The promotion is only available to United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man residents over the age of 18.
1.10 Entrants must not be employed by/or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of the RAC group company or any other company associated with the prize draw.
1.11 The winner will receive a £1000 Amazon.co.uk gift card within 7 days of notification. Restrictions apply, see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize is not available. No cash alternative is available. The Promoter shall have no liability to the winner or any third party for any inability of the winner to claim the prize.
1.12 There shall only be 1 winner.
1.13 The winner will be notified by phone and email by the Promoter within 14 days of the draw taking place. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of the time of notification, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the communication sent to them by the Promoter within 14 days of that communications being sent or else they will also forfeit their prize).
1.14. The winner agrees to take part in post-promotion activity.
1.15. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
1.16. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
1.17. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize.
1.18 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
1.19 Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
1.20 The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
1.21 No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
1.22 The decision of the Promoter is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
1.23 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
1.24 The name of the Winner for the Promotion each month will be available upon request for 4 weeks after the Winner has been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; RAC Club Winners Draw, c/o RAC Press Office, RAC, Great Park Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4QN. The Winner agrees to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
