i bought an rac315 sat nav 5 weeks ago and it had to go back because sd card would not load,got my new one yesterday went online to download colour schemes and now my maps have a key next to them and not showing on satnav.i can never get through to customer services and my job is a driver ,so the sat nav is needed.everytime i try to download the maps when its copying to device it saying transfer aborted any advice.i feel like throwing it out of the window and seriously considering sending it back
