Our local Ladies Clothes shop has a Bureau de Change in the back. I was in there Wednesday with the wife and I overheard two people asking for amounts of Euros as they believed there was a problem with credit card transactions on the Continent.* (They both specifically mentioned France). Anyway the wife left with two summer tops and two pairs of earrings, and I left with a lighter wallet.
