    Default doc's surgery and on line servuces?

    For several years we have ordered our repeat prescriptions on line. Just back from France and trying to order our prescriptions (almost out) it seems that their admin have changed webpage and/or provider. Our on line access - ID and passwords have never been changed - but now it asks for "User name" where it used to ask for "User ID" and the system does not recognise us. This means that I have to contact reception - not that easy now because the call queue has been limited and when full you simply get a "call again later" response.
    Exasperating! The bungling idiots can't even get this right. I wonder how many patients have been/are being messed around because of the incompetence?

    Have you tried entering your email address as the user ID?
