Recently might berlingo having trouble starting on cold morning and thought was just glow plus but after changing them it's still not starting.

On morning when I turn the key engine just keeps turning over until battery starts to die then I have to bump start it. After that it's fine rest of the day any ideas what's wrong.

Did you check to see if the glow plugs are actually getting 12 volts to them? Maybe the relay is not working. Use a test light or voltmeter or multimeter and see if there is 12 volts at the wire that joins all the glow plugs.

Most likely a problem with yer glow plugs. Do as Hometune says.

Also, check battery voltage. A started has to work a lot harder on a diesel than a petrol, so make sure it is getting the full 12 plus volts.
