Hello, I've been looking for a car rental company that doesn't have age restrictions, as 21 seems to be minimum for all of them and I'm only 20 years old, and as you probably already realised I couldn't find one. I only want to rent it for a weekend as well. Does anyone know a car rental company around Birmingham area that would be willing to rent a car to a 20 year old?

If you do find a place that will let you rent at age 20, there will probably be a young driver surcharge, which can sometimes be £30 per day or more.
Do what Santa recommends - otherwise unfortunately it will be a question of waiting until you're 21 or getting someone old enough to rent the car and drive you. -

24-07-19 16:14I had a quick look at some websites and couldn't find anything specific to Russia. I suggest that you would do best to visit your local agent of an international rental company like Hertz or Avis. They will be able to advise you correctly and possibly make the booking in advance to avoid problems. A copy of your Russian licence in the Latin Alphabet might be useful, since few people in the West can read Cyrillic.
