What you need to do before we arrive

We’ll need access to the driver’s and front passenger seat areas, so please ensure they’re clear of any personal belongings along with the footwells.

What happens on the day

Our technician will contact you the day before the appointment to confirm an arrival time.

They’ll assess the location to make sure it’s safe to continue with the work. Photographs of the vehicle will be taken before and after the work is done.

Rearranging or cancelling your appointment

  •  You can cancel or amend your appointment up to midday the day before your booking
