my dad was driving home when his car cut out, he looked at enging and thay was no water . he filled it up to find water was just going away , it already had head gasket done and we later found the water was coming out from the inlet were the injections are , we then put a gasket and sealer on it as they was not a gasket on ther that stopped the water going but now it wont start and they is a bad smell of petrol in the exsanshion tank as well as pressure blowing the dip stick out , but no oil and water mix or creamy stuff to say head gaskit has gone ether on oil cap , dip stick end or exsantion tank . any one no what might be up please

sorry was ment to say exspantion tank (header tank) not exsantion .

Sounds like the head gasket has gone.

were the bolts changed when the head came off,was the head skimmed and pressure tested??
