Geez! if that's the case, its about time something was done about it, there must be some governing body that they are responsible to?

Thanks everyone for your support. I have been busy contacting papers, local, national, and the feedback I am getting is good. Will keep you updated on that. I have just been informed from another person who was taken to Portsmouth County Court yesterday won his case against the DVLA. He asked the judge to refer to my case. Details below.

We now have 227 complaints on the official WATCHDOG forum. The show that featured the DVLA.

Can I ask all members to post a comment here please.

It is easy to do. The more complaints WATCHDOG gets from you boys and girls, I have been told there is a chance they will do another story. I have posted my comment.

Please, really important you do this and please twitter, and spread the word. We are on a roll here but we need to keep this going strong.

    Claim No: 9BR0829

    Court: Horsham county court

    Date: 30 March 2010

Reason: No statutary power to require anyone to contact them if they do not receive a receipt."

    Result: Win

    245 complaints now.

Things are moving fast and we still need more complaints where you have been fined by the DVLA that was not justified when it came to SORN.

Just a recap why we are doing his:
The DVLA lost 3 court cases where they did not follow procedure
    The Story is here:
    http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/05/03/dvla_court/

Hundreds of people complain about the DVLA and Watchdog run the story here on the 27th May 2010:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/watchdog/..._the_dock.html

The DVLA continue to act unlawfully and so we ask, if anyone has been fined after complaining please make your complaint known.
Please complain at the official watchdog forum. The link above
