    Default Kia Sedona??

I am looking to purchase a second hand Kia Sedona. Having 2 small children and also going through the process of becoming a childminder, I need a 7 seater car.

I like the Kia Sedona's due to the fact that they have the sliding doors, so I dont have to worry about the squeezing the children out of the car when having to park in a smaller space.

Does anyone have a Kia Sedona and how would you rate it? Are they reliable? I have been told that the safety report isn't too good on them? Is ths correct?

Would really appreciate some advise. Thanks.

    Have a look here: http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/
    Also here: http://www.euroncap.com/home.aspx
    Here too: http://www.vosa.gov.uk/vosa/apps/rec...hes/search.asp
Must say though that reading entries on all three websites together would make me think very long and hard about its suitability as a child carrier.

One of my brother in laws had a Kia Sedona and it was a great car. He let me have a drive in it, and I was well impressed with it.

He has young kids and was always running them, along with their friends, all over the place, and the sliding doors were just great for that.

If you need a 7 seater, that car is ideal, good luck.

Aye! we had a Renault Grand Scenic which was a 7 seater, but it wasn't all the easy to get the kids into the rear two seats?

It was even worse in bad weather, as they would leave mud/snow on the middle two seats, to get into the rear ones?

You can get a good idea of car prices if you log onto the Auto trader web site.

Out of the cars you mentioned, if you are taking "whole family" the Kia Sedona has more space then the others, and I have noticed that Honda's seem to hold their price more, good luck
