September Winner!

The winner of our September prize is Mr Heritage from Kent, who’s been a member for 2 years. December Prize!

Our December prize is a two-night stay for two people in a five-star hotel in central Rome.

The prize includes a guided night tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, led by an expert English speaking guide, as part of a private group of up to 20 people.

Also included are luxury transfers between the hotel and airport in Rome and return flights from anywhere in the UK.

 

 

Terms and conditions:

1. 1. PRIZE DRAW - 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the RAC Club Winners Draw (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully. 1.2 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. All Orange, Silver and Black card holders will be entered automatically into the Club Winners Draw (Orange card holders will only be entered after their RAC Membership has been in force for 120 days). Members can opt out of the draw by completing the opt out form. 1.3 The Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18. 1.4 The promoter of this Promotion is RAC Motoring Services, RAC House, Brockhurst Crescent, Walsall WS5 4AW (“the Promoter”). 1.5 The Draw will take place on the fifth working day of each calendar month. 1.6 RAC Members will be entered in to the draw automatically each month in which their RAC breakdown membership is current. 1.7 Members will be entered once for each full year they’ve been a member (i.e. 5 full years = 5 entries; 6 full years = 6 entries; 7 full years = 7 entries etc). Orange card holders will receive 1 entry once the membership has been in force for 120 days and until their second renewal date passes. 1.8 Prizes will change month to month. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prizes with another prize of a similar value in the event any of the original Prizes are not available. No cash alternative’s available. 1.9 The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by the Promoter within 10 working days of the monthly draw. If the Winner does not respond to such email and/or telephone contact from the Promoter within 14 days of the time of notification, then the Winners’ Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the communication sent to them by the Promoter within 14 days of that communication being sent or else they will also forfeit their prize). 1.10 The Winners agree to take part in post-promotion activity. 1.11 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize. 1.12 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. 1.13 Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion. 1.14 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 1.15 The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.1.16 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 1.17 The name of the Winner for the Promotion each month will be available upon request for 4 weeks after the Winner has been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; ‘RAC Club Winners Draw’ c/o RAC Press Office, RAC, Great Park Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4QN. The Winner agrees to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.

2. Reservations must be made directly with Resort Marketing International, to claim your prize email: res@resort-marketing.co.uk. This prize is valid for a maximum of 2 adults. Your complimentary certificate is valid for travel: 01 May ­ 30 - June 2018 (last departure from hotel) & 01 September - 15 December 2018 (last departure from hotel) on a strict request only basis at St. James's Club & Villas. The prize is subject to the following terms and conditions: reservations cannot be made more than 2 months prior to arrival date and are subject to resort availability. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-changeable. Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The prize is subject to changes without notice and is subject to availability and cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or January/February or school holidays. This offer also does not include Insurance; Should the hotel be sold or suffer any material change resulting in the closure of the hotel during the validity of this prize, Elite Island Resorts will be unable to honour the prize and cannot be held liable for alternative accommodation. In this instance, the promoter is liable to provide a holiday of similar value. Flights or transfers are handled by Affinity Angels Limited and will be from London Gatwick Airport.

3. Motorised watersports & spa treatments are at a cost and not part of the prize.
