My personal details

If you’ve moved house or need to update your contact numbers, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into MyRAC
2. Click on ‘Personal details’ – this can be found in the left hand menu  
3. Click ‘Change address’ or ‘Change Phone number(s)’ – and follow the steps provided

Q. Can I change my email address online?

You can update your email address in your MyRAC account.

  1. Log into MyRAC
  2. Click on ‘Personal details’ – this can be found in the left hand menu
  3. Click ‘Change email address’ – and follow the steps provided
Q. How do I change the people/vehicle listed on my membership?

You can change the names of the named people or vehicles listed on the membership, in your MyRAC account. 

  1. Log into MyRAC
  2. Click on ‘Personal details’ – this can be found in the left hand menu
  3. Click ‘Change’ next to the person or vehicle you would like to change and follow the steps provided
If you’d like to add or remove a named person or vehicle on your membership, please call us on 03301 591 466.
Q. I changed my details online but they haven’t been updated in my membership documents.
It can take up to 5 working days for all your membership documents to display your new details.
