What type of changes do I need to tell you about?

You need to inform us of any changes that could impact on your insurance. For example, you should immediately tell us if you change your vehicle, your address, or your additional drivers, or if you receive any motoring convictions.

Please call us on 0330 159 1031 (8am -10pm Monday - Friday,  Saturday – 8am – 6pm, Sunday 10am – 4pm, Bank Holidays – 9am – 5pm) to make these types of changes to your policy.

You can change your payment method, and make a payment, by logging in to the Car Insurance self service centre.

 
Can I get duplicate policy documents?

Yes. Register with the Car Insurance self service centre to view or print your policy documents.

Alternatively, you can call us on 0330 159 1031 if you would like a paper copy of your policy document or any part of it sent to you.
