Motorists choosing the new Verso are set to enjoy more comfort and style after Toyota gave their model a thorough mid-life makeover.
Unveiled at the Paris motor show, the new look Verso has had more than 300 parts changed as Toyota seeks to go on the offensive in the compact/family car sector of the market. Toyota has also come up with a new Auris and Auris Touring Sports, which link in visually with the new seven-seat Verso.
Drivers opting for the new model will enjoy better handling, sharper driving dynamics, an improved interior and the greener feeling that comes with lower CO2 emissions following a revision of the 2.0-litre D-4D diesel engine. It also features the versatility and roominess of the current Verso.
The development of the new Verso, taking in its concept, planning, engineering, design and construction, has been carried out in Europe as Toyota turns to a regional strategy. The cars are being built at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey.
