French car manufacturer Citroen has encouraged budding designers to submit their own stylings for the new DS3 model in a competition.
Designers can submit their plans for a customised roof and dashboard design for the vehicle in the hope of seeing it put into production on the premium compact hatchback model.
A panel of experts from GQ, the Cartier Foundation and Louis Vuitton, Citroen will then decide on a winner.
'Briefs' for the competition can be found at www.citroencreativeawards.com.
A cash prize is available to the winner, to be presented at Citroen's international showcase on the Champs Elysees, the C_42, in October 2010 to mark the start of the Paris Motor Show before being put into production to be made available in 2011 as part of a special DS3 collection.
