How is it that because the RAC wouldn't insure my PHEV Mini I have to wait another 21 days for my refund because they cancelled the first cheque this seems totally unfair. They are quick enough to take your money but so slow to refund it. No wonder they have large profits. it is always the little person that ends up losing money never the big guys! Come on guys play fair with the little people!

What makes you think they "have large profits"? AFAIK it's a private company, and so doesn't have to publish its accounts.
