If you are involved in a dispute and want some legal guidance our specialist legal team are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, to offer professional advice on any private legal matter including wills, probate, employment, neighbour and landlord/tenant disputes, consumer and motoring law. From employment, neighbour and landlord/tenant disputes, to consumer and motoring law, we can help.

Plus, if you are involved in a road accident that isn’t your fault, Legal Care can provide up to £100,000 towards legal costs for injury claims - in Europe as well as the UK. It covers you (and up to four others on a family policy) in any private vehicle as a driver or passenger, on public transport and as a pedestrian. It can also cover up to £5,000 worth of legal costs to help you defend a motoring prosecution.

The benefits include:

  • Legal advice 24 hours a day, from our specialist legal team, on any private legal matter

  • Up to £100,000 to cover legal expenses/costs for injury claims arising after a non-fault road traffic accident in the UK or continental Europe

  • Recovery of out-of-pocket expenses and uninsured losses resulting from a non-fault road traffic accident, such as a policy excess, loss of earnings and damage to personal effects

  • Up to £5,000 worth of legal expenses/costs for a non-guilty plea for a motoring prosecution - where we feel there is reasonable chance of success

  • Similar replacement vehicle hire after a non-fault road traffic accident

  • Cover in any private vehicle (not just your own) as a driver, passenger, on public transport or as a pedestrian
