Using a Blue Badge

Blue Badge holders are entitled to the same parking concessions in other EU member states, and in some other European countries, as enjoyed by disabled residents of those countries. But the rules do vary by country, so it´s a good idea to check before you go.

The Department of Transport (DFT) publishes a leaflet with details of the rules in each country. It includes a fold-out back cover for you to leave under your windscreen, explaining in the appropriate local language that you are a disabled driver.
