Find out the real cost of owning a car with the RAC Cost of Motoring Index.*
The RAC Cost of Motoring Index aims to let you know the true cost of motoring. It is a comprehensive index that tracks all the different costs associated with owning and using your car from the cost of insurance, fuel, servicing, VAT and breakdown membership.
The index is compiled on behalf of RAC by B&W Deloitte who measure all car related costs on a monthly basis, issuing the report each quarter.
