We’re not necessarily looking for people with employment experience, just those with the determination to get on, the ability to achieve practical qualifications, and the commitment to role their sleeves up and do a valuable job. We’re looking for the Windscreen Technicians of the future.

Great qualifications
Get on our Apprentice Programme and you’ll take an NVQ Level 2 in Automotive Glazing and Key Skills in Communication and Maths. But just as importantly, you’ll be out on the road or in the Fitting Centre with our trained Technicians learning the ins and outs of this great job.

Maybe you left school straight after your GCSEs, Standard Grades or Highers (or equivalents). Or you could have decided to leave university during or after your first year because you felt it wasn’t for you. Whatever your background, what matters is your personality.

If you have what it takes, the future looks bright. Former Apprentices have gone on to big roles in the Training and Technical departments not to mention Fitting Centre Management positions.

Excellent benefits
The Apprenticeship officially lasts two years, but if you’re good, you could take up a permanent position with us sooner than that. Benefits for Apprentices are excellent as well. On top of an above-average salary, you can look forward to 23 day’s holiday (plus bank holidays), and a funded driving programme through our partners BSM.
