Important information for our members regarding Royal Mail industrial action
As you may be aware, the Royal Mail industrial action has had an ongoing impact on all mail services.
As a result, we are currently experiencing higher than usual call levels. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We recommend that you do not make payments by post at the current time. Please call us instead and our team will be happy to help.
Our normal opening hours are 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am – 5pm on Saturday, but you may need to wait longer than usual for us to answer your call. The best time to call is between 2pm and 5pm as these times are usually quieter.
