Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. To be eligible to be entered into the current month's prize draw, entries must be received by midnight on the last day of each month. Entries submitted after that date will be placed into the draw for the following month.
3. Entry to RAC World prize draws is open to all RAC Members and non members who are residents of the UK and Channel Islands, except employees of RAC or Aviva Group, their suppliers and associated agencies or anyone connected with the free prize draws.
4. Only one entry per draw per household.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. Winners will be selected at random and notified by either phone/post or e-mail. In the event that there is no response from a winner within 15 days, an alternative winner will be drawn. Their names will be available two weeks from the notification of the winners, upon written request to: Route Planner Prize Draw, RAC Marketing, RAC House, Brockhurst Crescent, Walsall, WS5 4AW.
7. Each prize winner will receive a Marks and Spencer Giftcard for the amount of £100
8. Marks and Spencer standard Terms and conditions also apply.
9. The prize is non-transferable.
10. No cash alternative will be offered.
11. Draws will be made by an independent person 10 working days after draw closes.
12. The judge's decision will be final.
13. No correspondence shall be entered into regarding any matter in connection with free prize draws.
14. The winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion entirely or change or substitute it with another offer of equal or greater value.
16. RAC or the RAC Group of companies will not be responsible for any taxes relating to the prize.
17. The promoter is RAC Motoring Services.
18. RAC reserves the right to amend terms and conditions.
19. By entering this prize draw, you will be providing us with your consent to contact you by mail, telephone, email, and SMS/MMS to let you know about any RAC branded goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to you.
