RAC Commercial Assistance (RACCA) has won a three-year deal with Home Delivery Network (HDN), the UK’s largest home delivery and collection service.

RAC Commercial Assistance (RACCA) has won a three-year deal with Home Delivery Network (HDN), the UK’s largest home delivery and collection service.

The relationship, will see RACCA support HDN’s 4,440 commercial vehicles across the fleet.

Brian Wheadon, Head of Fleet and Facilities at HDN, said: “We were most impressed with RACCA’s rounded service, its ability to attend all vehicles types, its professional operational structure and its highly sophisticated MI Model which will undoubtedly help us drive further efficiencies into our transport operation.”

Trevor Parry, partnership manager for RACCA, said: “This is a fantastic win for RAC Commercial Assistance and we’re very much looking forward to developing our relationship with HDN over the coming months.”

Working on behalf of over 150 retailer brands including John Lewis, Tesco and online retailer ASOS, HDN delivers over 300,000 parcels a day throughout the UK.
