If you're broken down and experiencing difficulty reaching the RAC call centre you can email your telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org & we'll endeavour to call you.
A major telephone failure experienced by Cable & Wireless is affecting thousands of businesses and homes in the Midlands and has impacted the RAC’s primary call centre in Birmingham. We have instigated contingency measures to ensure we can still take calls from our members - however it is affecting our ability to communicate with a small number of our members.
We apologise to any members who are experiencing difficulty reaching our breakdown call centre and ask them to bear with us – we will answer their call as soon as possible. We are working with Cable & Wireless to fix the problem and hope to get the service up and working fully as soon as possible.
We ask for your continued patience whilst we work with our service provider to urgently correct the problem. Thank you.
