I am taking my car off the road for a period of time - do I still have to pay my insurance premium?

Yes. We are unable to offer refunds while your vehicle is off the road.

What does continuous payment mean?

Continuous payment means that we will automatically renew your policy and take payment each year, unless you tell us otherwise. You will receive information about your renewal approximately 28 days before your renewal date so you can check your details and contact us with any questions or queries.
