How do I send you my proof of no claims?

If we have asked you to provide proof of your no claims status (NCD), please email it to, quoting your RAC Car Insurance policy number.

Why does the application say I have an invalid membership number?

If you are receiving the message that your membership number is invalid please check the details on your membership card or policy documentation and try again. If you still experience difficulties, please call our UK sales team on 0844 891 3558*.
