    Collette,

What's going to happen with the results of this survey, please?

How about you stop tinkering with the layout? And once you have done that, have the IT people sort out why this site has now become so slow it is almost unusable.
Please do not say it is my fault as every other forum, site etc, I can access immediately. This one takes an age to load anything at all and using the back arrow on my browser takes even longer.
Mike Gray gave me a link to a more basic set up on here but as this is your main one, it should be less amateurish than this.

Yes speed, or lack of it, is a problem and why grey text on a gray ground? As to forum content, why not let it go where it wants?

My only gripe is that, when writing the text for a post, the text already written 'flips' back to the beginning, and it is necessary to keep tapping the 'forward arrow' key to get back to the end to continue writing. Doesn't occur on other forums.

There used to be two clubs you could join which were run to help motorists. Now, there are none, as both have sold out to commercialism in exactly the same way as the utility companies. They now exist for no other reason than to make a profit for shareholders.
If you want a "not-for-profit" motoring club try Britannia Rescue, which is owned by Liverpool Victoria, which is a friendly society owned by its members.

I am insured with LV, so I thought I would check out Britannia Rescue. Buit they don't meet my Green Flag cover through the Caravan Club. For £62 annual sub., when I am towing my caravan, I get UK double journey cover. This means, if I broke down when on our way to our campsite, and the car could not be fixed, Green Flag would take us onwards to the campsite, then collect car and caravan at the end of the holiday and take us home.

When I was searching on line for car insurance, I saw a lot that were cheaper than the one I ended up with.

The reason they were so cheap was the fact that it just basic cover,...no windscreen or legal cover, no NCB protection, yet you have to read the small print to read that?

In the end I got a deal with More Than, after a right row with Churchill, as they would not accept my 9 years NCB letter that I got from the Mobility Scheme insurers?

I think I've cracked it! Drag and drop on the bottom right hand of the shaded corner to extend the box seems to do the trick.
