    The few times I've ever needed to call out the RAC the staff have been amazing - super friendly / charming and determined to fix the problem fast. This evening was no exception. There should be a way to send the guy a txt message to say thanks when happy with the service. Andrew

    You need to carry a stock of "Thank you" postcards in the car with you. Then, you can just give one of those cards to a person who has given excellent service.

    Nice idea. I hope I don't break down that often ;-) RAC should send txt after the visit and request feedback and include a link to send the person who handled the visit txt.
