did anyone else see the programme this week? Nick Starling of the Association of British Insurers was interviewed by Anne Robinson. In the face of glaring examples of how the insurers were frisking loyal customers compared to 'new business' ones, his load of waffle in defending the indefensible would have received warm approval from the slippiest of politicians.
