Im not happy with the rac decision!

I broke down in february 2012, the patrol engineer came out, fitted new spark plugs and all was fine for 4 weeks until i broke down again, i call the rac out again and i find that in february the patrol man replaced the wrong spark plugs that was in my car with the same ones that were also the wrong ones. This damaged a valve but the rac have refused to accept any responsilbilty and have offered no apology or compensation for fitting the wrong plugs, iv just finished a detailed letter to neil thompson, but can someone please confirm he is the current managing director please. Thanks
