Breakdown Cover With Rac Insurance

could you tell me if i have rac breakdown,recovery,at home cover
through rac insurance do i get the same rights as a member
who joins directly thanks.

my problem is not with the breakdown cover
it is with not being issued a membership card or number
which stopped me acessing the my rac web site.
