Default Cam belt change-citreon berlingo 1.4

My girlfriend has a 2001 citreon berlingo 1.4 petrol with 90k on the clock. The rac guy who came out to fit a new battery last week said I should change the cam belt without delay. My local dealer wants 225 inclusive to do it and a further 75 for an oil and filter change.
Does this sound reasonable does anyone know?

The belt price sounds about right for a dealer but, I'd recommend getting the water pump and tensioner changed at the same. The oil change price sounds high to me.

Definitely dealer prices. A local garage will charge a lot less.

Geez! that's a bit expensive for an oil change with new filter, I'm sure that could be done for a lot less, even if you do it yourself.
