Toyota Yaris Verso has topped a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Which? magazine.
The mini multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) boasts a score of 97.7% for satisfaction, with owners most likely to recommend the car to their friends and relatives.
Praising the MPV, a customer said it is "so versatile, reliable, easy to drive, inexpensive to own and almost as good now as when I bought it".
Yaris Verso is followed by the Volkswagen Passat CC at 96.4%. Owners are particularly impressed with the large family car's looks, practicality and comfort.
The British Land Rover Discovery 4 claims third place, scoring 95.7%, while four Skoda models - the Yeti, Superb Estate and Superb - are also popular among drivers.
The car firm - based in the Czech Republic - now produces better models than before, offering well-built, practical and good value cars.
