In yet another recall announcement,
The Japanese carmaker's recall includes around 740,000 cars in the US, 599,000 in Japan, along with a few thousand more in Europe and across the world.
In the last year the world's biggest car manufacturer has had to recall more than 10 million vehicles globally, severely affecting its reputation.
According to Paul Nolasco, a spokesman for the company, most of the vehicles recalled may have break master cylinder problems, which make it difficult to brake properly.
Some Japanese models also have some electrical faults with the fuel pump that make the engine stop on its own accord.
So far there have been no accidents reported for the problems.
