Carlos Tevez has been slapped with a fine of £60 and three penalty points on his licence after pleading guilty to speeding.
The Manchester City star was caught driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone in Stretford, Manchester, on November 13 last year.
The incident occurred on the A56 Chester Road shortly after Manchester City's goalless draw at home to Birmingham City.
The penalty points on his licence also mean that the Argentinian striker will have to pay highercar insurance premiums.
The 27-year-old footballer had been accused of failing to disclose the identity of the driver of his Bentley Continental GT car on February 12. But the CPS later decided not to proceed with the matter any further after he admitted the alternative charge.
Apart from the fine, Tevez will have to pay £35 towards court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
