Michael Schumacher has warned there will be no easy way to deal with the difficulties faced by his Mercedes team in the early weeks of the new Formula One season.
After a below par season in 2010, Mercedes started the campaign hoping to bounce back and mount a challenge to the regular front-runners this year.
However, the German manufacturer had a lot of issues to resolve and could not perform well.
During the opening two races of the campaign, the team scored just two points because of Schumacher's ninth place in Malaysia.
Schumacher admitted the battle to reverse the team's fortunes was similar to solving a jigsaw puzzle.
The seven-time world champion said: "You know, the secret of Formula One is not one particular area."
"It is always paying attention to all kinds of details. There are less important areas, absolutely, but we kind of try to figure out all the little bits and pieces and get them working."
