Everton striker Louis Saha has emerged unscathed from a crash involving his Ferrari on a country road in Cheshire.
The blue Ferrari 458 driven by the 32-year-old French footballer spun out of control and crashed into a fence along the A538 Altrincham Road in Winslow.
There were no other vehicles involved in the incident and Saha, who was alone in the car, escaped unharmed although he is likely to end up with a hefty repair bill and acar insurance claim.
The site of the accident was close to a tunnel where Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo crashed his Ferrari in January 2009.
Saha, who had been with Manchester United for four and a half years, joined Everton in 2008 and played in Saturday's 2-0 home win over Sunderland.
Cheshire Police said they are making inquiries into the accident.
