RCZ Batmobile strictly for charity

Holy makeovers, Batman, it's the Peugeot RCZ as you've never seen it before.

The stunt to transform the French GT model into something looking like the Caped Crusader's souped-up Ford Lincoln Futura concept car was in aid of Children in Need.

It is not known how much it costs to get car insurance on Batman's original Batmobile - but Strictly Come Dancing's Alison Hammond and Alja_ Skorjanec know how much they want Peugeot's UK arm to raise for the TV charity this year.

The French carmaker has raised more than £750,000 over two years for the event and it wants to break the £1 million barrier this time round.

Skorjanec and his dance partner Hammond helped to launch Peugeot's charity drive for 2014 in a fabricated Gotham City, searching for "heroes" willing to help them.

The Sports CoupŽ was given special graphics, black paint and vinyl wrap to give it a superhero look.
