A Spyker C8 Spyder is to be auctioned this month, it has been announced.
The C8 is among the rarest cars around, and is likely to garner much attention when it goes under the hammer at Aston Barclay Group's Chelmsford centre.
Anyone who bought the car from the showroom will have paid out £195,000.
There were only 250 of these cars built, and the one being auctioned is number 175. It can reach 62mph in just over four seconds, and has fewer than 5,000 miles on the clock.
David Scarborough, Aston Barclay's commercial director, said: "Outside of the classic car sector, Spyker Spyders are arguably among the rarest cars on the planet. It is a sublime example and has been maintained to the highest standards."
The auction will take place on March 21.
