Due to a failure with Vodafone’s telephony system between 4am and 12.30pm today, we were unable to receive members’ calls. We apologise for any issues this may have caused. Our patrols spent this morning driving their busiest areas to help any motorists in difficulty.
Vodafone have now informed us that the problem has been fixed and we are now receiving calls – please bear with us as we work through the backlog and get service back to normal.
If there are any further Vodafone telephony problems we will make members aware. We believe the NHS and some police forces were also affected by the same issue.
